    Delivery terms

    Delivery Terms:


    Delivery in Finland


    For all in-stock products, normal delivery time is 1-2 days after dispatch.

    You can choose either Posti or Matkahuolto from our shipping options for domestic deliveries.

    Delivery in the E.U.

    For all in-stock products, normal delivery time is 5-14 days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. We recommend the use of GLS due to their more ecologically-minded practices.

    Delivery costs for GLS delivery are 5,90€.

    Free shipping for orders over 150 € delivered with GLS.

    DHL Express delivery to Europe cost 29.90€

    Delivery outside of the E.U. (all other countries)

    We use DHL for all orders shipping outside of the EU.

    DHL delivery cost is 75€.

    Other Delivery Information 

    Dispatch time is the number of days it takes for Treeline to post the item after your order payment has cleared. The dispatch time is seperate from the transit time (the number of days the delivery service takes to deliver the parcel to you).

    It is possible that you may receive a different delivery time estimate than the ones listed above.  This indicates that the product you are ordering is not in stock and will require an extended delivery time. 

    Working days for dispatching orders include normal weekdays and Saturdays. Working days do not include Sundays or major Finnish Holidays. Delivery times do not include Sundays or major holidays, but may include Saturdays, as determined by the delivery service provider.

    If for any reason we are unable to keep our delivery commitment, we will contact you by phone or email. 

    If any item you ordered is not available, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

    Missing Order 

    Unfortunately, sometimes orders get delayed, misplaced, or otherwise lost. If you have been waiting an unusually long time for your order to arrive, please begin by checking the order confirmation and/or order tracking number for the delivery times for each item. Should this not resolve the problem, please contact us directly by telephone or email. If you haven’t received an order confirmation, most likely an error has occurred during the payment process. Again, please contact us via telephone or email and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

    Shipping Restrictions

    We are unable to deliver products with a length of more than 105 cm outside of the EU. Inside of Europe we are limited to a maximum length of 2.5 m. Stove fuel, compressed gas canisters, products containing batteries, and some other items cannot be delivered outside of the EU due to restrictions of flammable items in airfreight.   

    VAT, Taxes, and Duties

    Based in Kangasala, Finland, Treeline Outdoors is within the EU e-commerce area. Because of this, the Finnish VAT is automatically applied and reflected in each item’s list price. The standard Finnish VAT tax is 24%, with major exceptions being 14% for food products and 10% for books. 

    For orders being shipped outside of the EU e-commerce area, the Finnish VAT tax will be automatically subtracted during the checkout process, after selecting the country of delivery. Please note that the recipient is responsible for the payment of any additional duties, taxes, or fees related to the parcel. For more information, please contact your local Customs office.
