Complaints, Claims, and Warranty
Here at Treeline Outdoors, we try our best to offer a selection of only the finest products that can withstand both heavy use and the test of time. On rare occasions though, a product may still fail prematurely. If this happens to you, please contact us directly via telephone or email in order to create a product claim. Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty, and if so, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to learn more about your options.
To start a claim, please contact us as soon as possible either by telephone or via email at:firstname.lastname@example.org. If sending an email, please include: a brief description of the problem, a few photos showing the problem, and proof of purchase.
We will do our best to address all complaints and claims as fast as possible. Our standard procedure for addressing complaints/claims is to inquire with the manufacturer or distributor directly about their opinion. Normally, the manufacturer/distributor will want to assess or repair the product themselves, and will request that the product be returned to them directly. Handling times may vary. Please note: in order for us to assist in your product complaint/claim, you must have purchased the product from Treeline Outdoors.
We handle all warranty cases in concurrence with the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. Please contact us as soon as possible via telephone or email for further instructions on how to get your product replaced/repaired.
